Ramadan healthy recipes

Hello everybody.

Hope you are doing well.

Ramadan has always been an experimental and cooking month than a spiritual one. not like 100% food. I’ve always enjoyed hogging the hot snacks and sweet dishes in Ramadan. This is fifth Ramadan after I got married and only last year I knew i wasn’t eating healthy. But last year wasn’t the turning point yet I don’t remember why I dint stop binge eating.

But this time I was very much confirmed that I will stick to healthy eating and no sugar content. Yes, that white sweet thing just makes me gain weight in the body and nothing else. However, I love sweets and this time I am just stopping it! Not like forever but 10% of what I used to eat before.

I’ve few recipes which I would like to share not 100% healthy but better than those oil hot things!
